The difference that genuinely separates these brands is in the Trustpilot column, and there Puromenú is the only one with a low score — though, as we’ll see, it needs reading against its sample size.

If what you value about Puromenú is the raw BARF variety and only its score bothers you, the closest alternative is Natuka: it has a Trustpilot profile at 4.5/5 across 376 reviews (5 October 2026), with no paid subscription to the platform, and an equally broad BARF range. A note on the 2.2 before writing it off

As we explain in the full review, a Trustpilot score built on 23 reviews isn’t comparable to one built on thousands: the sample is small and skewed toward people who show up to complain. Puromenú’s criticism clusters around the frozen-delivery courier, not the recipe. If you decide to stick with it, the sensible precaution is checking your order’s condition on arrival, not writing the brand off outright.
